This twelve-week course invites you to explore patterns and pathways encountered and experienced in your inner and outer worlds through a range of writing activities.

The group will be made up of returning participants and new members, with a range of writing styles and levels of experience. I'll bring a different prompt each week, with each session exploring and developing the theme of Patterns and Pathways (e.g. shapes, lines, repeating personal motifs, physical routes we take, habits we repeat, rhythms, textures, lines, etc.) in different ways. There's no obligation to write in a particular way, nor to share your work if you don't want to. No previous experience is necessary.

I'm a published author and a qualified and experienced Creative Writing for Wellbeing facilitator. I create a safely-held space where participants have the opportunity to write into a prompt and then share their writing with the group if they wish to. The focus is always on the content of your writing; there’s no literary critique.

The course is suitable for writers with all levels of experience.

NB There is no session on Tuesday 28 May.

Zoom: Min group size 6, max group size 10
Price £175
I offer two concessionary rate places @ £140 on each course on a first-come, first-served basis. Please enquire.
